Q: What fees do you charge?
A: Full Service Management-10% a month and 100% of First Month’s Rent. No hidden additional cost or fees.
Leasing Assistance Service Only-100% of First Month’s Rent. This includes tenant screening, showings to
qualified applicants, lease preparation and signing, collecting security deposit and first month’s rent
prior to releasing keys to the tenant.

Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?
A: All payments will be deposited through ACH.

Q: Do you sell real estate too?
A: Yes, we have great Real Estate Professionals that will be honored to assist you
should you be in the sales market. In fact, we have agents in our Raleigh, Lake Gaston,
and South Hill offices waiting to represent you.

Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: Your rental funds will automatically be deposited into your banking account by the 10th of each month.

Q: How much Security Deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: Generally, we charge a full month for Security Deposit however there are
instances where an additional deposit is required.

Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: Each tenant is required to pay their rent between the 1st and 5th of each month. We offer tenants the
ability to pay their rents online or by bringing a money order, certified funds, or a check to our South Hill office.

Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: One Year

Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: We can begin managing it as soon as we get all of the
corresponding documentation from you & all the property condition requirements are met.

Q: What type of properties do you manage?
A: We manage single family homes, condos and townhouses, as well as apartment communities.

Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: You have access to an online portal 24/7 which contains all of the reports that we have
provided to you. Generally, we provide a monthly owner statement, an annual statement and
automatic emails of maintenance requests when tenants notify us of a repair need.
