You can find the form in the tenant portal under "Contact Us," or by clicking the link below. Be sure to include your forwarding address. For a smooth move-out and to ensure your full security deposit is returned, we recommend using our security deposit policy as a checklist. Direct deposit for your deposit is also encouraged. We want to emphasize the importance of paying your rent on time as Pointe Realty Group reports on-time payments to Equifax. This allows for future creditworthiness.
